Valley Time Trade’s policies have been developed by the Core Committee based on what the group has seen other time banks doing. This group formed out of three open sessions, then the group decided it needed a core group of people who would commit to meet once a month to make policy decisions, write the handbook, and work with anything that comes up in Valley Time Trade operations.
